Make it in Wales Retreat

£615 per person

Let’s think ahead to the spring…..

I am planning for you, a relaxing and creative long weekend designed for individuals, friends, couples or singles who would like to get together to learn, relax, share stories and eat great food.

Taking place in the wonderful Ceridwen Centre, West Wales. You are invited to come on your own, with a friend or partner to enjoy the company of others and to be part of a small group of people.

The idea is to relax, indulge yourself a little and focus on yourself and the year ahead.

My aim is for you to leave, feeling refreshed, inspired and hopefully to have learned a new skill or two.

We have put together some lovely activities to inspire you. Storytelling, yoga, mindfulness and sewing, with lots of time built in for you to relax.

Ceridwen is nestled in the West Wales countryside, down a winding road, you could be anywhere in the world!

My plan for us, is this:

Ceridwen house sleeps 19 people with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms but I would like to keep the group to just 10, 12 maximum.

There are options for you to share a twin room or to go for a double or single. Booking will be on a first come/first served basis.

I will be booking the dairy which is a lovely large space opposite Ceridwen House for the workshops.

On Saturday evening we will be sitting down with our great friend Pippa Davies, who’ll be sharing research for a forthcoming book ‘Age Like An Artist’, where she asks “can creativity help us age better”?

Nia, a yoga specialist, runs BeYou yoga from her studios in Cardigan and will be giving a session on relaxation.

…and for those of you who wish to be creative Suzi will be working with you on sewing machines, working with Melin Tregwynt fabric to make a cushion cover, bag or purse.
