Our Team

  • Pippa Davies

Suzi and psychologist Philippa met decades ago through work and we have maintained a friendship since then. Pippa mentored me whilst I was on a course at Cardiff university as part of the programme and following that, we have bumped into each other by design. I frequently would sign up to events which Pippa was speaking. I have always found her courses and talks inspiring.

Philippa’s had 12 books published, including ‘Eureka' on the psychology of creativity. A book which I have read several times. I also follow every New year Pippas methods for Goal setting through drawing and reflection. (Something that Ruth will be teaching in her own style over the weekend).

Pippa will be chatting to you all after supper on Saturday. Pippa is currently researching the role of creativity in how we age. I promise you it will be an interactive session, full of fun.

    You’ll come away inspired!

  • Suzi Park

Liz is a fabulous cook. I met her when she came to Cardigan to live and I was running Stiwdio3 cafe on the High Street.
